We've created the following calendar of Infinite Campus training for the spring semester in order for you to plan accordingly. You will receive a personal invitation (via e-mail) from Jennifer.blesener or laurie.kasel@infinitecampus.com for only Moodle/self-paced/prerequisites and/or our professional development department prior to each workshop with instructions on how to complete the indicated prerequisite(s). We will be uploading this page regularly as enhancements/changes are made to the curriculum by IC.
Each workshop will include one or more of the following:
1. Self-paced recorded sessions in Moodle (these sessions are prerequisites to workshops and are coded below in RED). 2. Live workshops led by Infinite Campus trainers (these sessions are coded below in GREEN). 3. Live webinars led by Infinite Campus trainers (these sessions are coded below in BLUE). 4. Self-paced recorded sessions in Moodle + live webinars (these sessions are coded below in PURPLE).
If a substitute is need for targeted site personnel to attend a session, our professional development office will cover the cost.

Core Team Workshop Target Audience: District/Site Staff in a position to make procedural decisions regarding the application. Training description: This course demonstrates at a high level the key areas of Campus where district decision makers and building representatives discuss and make decisions on how the product will be used in their schools. The district Core Team is responsible for writing a Practice and Processes Document and provide to the Campus Project Manager for the use in all Scenario Based Training. Special Ed. Admin/Policies and Procedures Target Audience: District and Site Staff in a position to make procedural decisions regarding the Special Education portion of the application. Secondary Curriculum Process Target Audience: CORE Team Training description: This course covers in-depth the functionality and the new terminology in campus, the grading and posting of those grades, the process of all grading calculations and how it affects posting to report cards and transcripts and how each of these pieces correlates to the calendar set up. It will explain how each course needs to be set up to accurately record said scores. The outcome of this session is a document used in conversion for the set up of the LIVE Campus Application. | | Secondary Building Coach Target Audience: APEDs, APAs, two Counselors per school site, Registrars and CORE Team, (Principals can attend any session) Training Description: This course will cover all building level functionality of Campus including how to navigate and use each module that secondary schools will regularly use. The building Coaches are responsible for assisting all other building staff during the Scenario Based Training and on a day to day basis after go live. This course will NOT include the instruction or special education module, as this information is covered in Teacher Coach and Special Education respectively. Topics include: Navigation, Search, Help, Registration, Courses and Sections, Walk-in Scheduler, Discipline, Health, and much more. Secondary Teacher Coaches (after school) Target Audience: Teacher Mentors (four per school site) and CORE Team Training Description: This training will follow the "train the trainer" model. Teacher Coach Training covers all areas of the Infinite Campus instruction module necessary to login, take attendance, view student rosters, and set up preferences. We will also update you on the role that School Loop will continue to play in East Side and its new features. Special Education Coach (half day) Target Audience: Program Specialists, Department Chairs, CORE Team, Training Description: This training follows the "train the trainer: model. Special Education Coach Training covers all areas of the Special Education module from Setting up teams for students, creating documents and keeping track of all contacts being made for a student and all other connections made between the Special Education area and the rest of the Campus Application. Infinite Campus for APA’s Target Audience: APA’s Training Description: this course will cover the Navigation through Campus, looking up all student information including student attendance, behavior, lockers, grades and how to check suspension dates and times. This is a hands on class. Prerequisites: Campus 101, Attendance Secondary, Behavior and Lockers Date: April 13 (Tuesday) Location: Universal Lab (Computer access required) Time: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Infinite Campus for Registrars Target Audience: Registrars Training Description: This course will cover the Navigation through Campus, adding, enrolling and scheduling new students, creating households, looking up all student information including grades, credit summaries, transcript editing, fees, assessments and ad hoc filters and queries and grade planner. This is a hands on class. Prerequisites: Campus 101 and Census Creation, Walk-in Scheduler, Assessment, Fees, Transcript Entry, Ad Hoc Reporting Basics Date: April 19 (Monday) Location: Universal Lab (Computer access required) Time: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

Infinite Campus for Attendance Secretaries and Clerks Target Audience: Attendance Secretaries and Clerks Training Description: This course will cover how to process through student attendance, how to verify attendance has been taken and run daily, weekly and monthly attendance reports. This is a hands on class. Prerequisites: Campus 101 and Attendance Secondary Date: April 22 and 23 (four sessions total – AM and PM each day) each person only needs to attend one session. Looking at a sampling from each group and verifying the data is accurate and complete. A review of inputting conversion issues into the Customer Portal is also covered.
